This project will allow us to recover urban spaces for agricultural purposes and reduce urbanization. At the same time, this would mean a leisure and educational alternative for teenagers, adults and the elderly.

 HOW DOES IT WORK?

By promoting the free and temporary permission to use small plots in the city to anyone who applies for them.

- These plots must be cultivated according to organic gardening criteria and the final goal will be to consume your own products.

- The Agricultural Council will provide the seeds, the gardening tools, as well as monitoring and personalized advice.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROJECT?

The plot recipients will be able to cultivate them for free, growing fruits and vegetables for their own consumption.

- The participants in the project will be able to attend a course on organic gardening that will take place at the Social Centre on November 7th.

- The cultivation of abandoned plots will also involve their maintenance and improvement, helping prevent garbage accumulation, fires and plagues.

- The participation in the project will also contribute not only to the garden maintenance but also to the improvement of the municipality’s environment.

WHO IS IT AIMED AT?
