OBJECTIVES
A Recipe Contest will be held in order to promote the consuming of local products as well as to favour healthy and responsible eating habits. Thus, all of the recipes must contain Altean organic fruits and vegetables as the main ingredients.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The participants can send their recipes via e-mail or by mail to the Agricultural Council or leave them in a special mailbox in the Citizen Attention Office.
As a reward, a cookbook will be published containing the winning recipes and the names of the winners. We hope that this idea not only promotes healthy cooking habits based on our own products, but also gives support to the small commerce and shops such as bread shops or small supermarkets where you can buy eggs, flour, or any other ingredient necessary for cooking those recipes.
