We will contact all the schools that are participating in the Organic Garden Project and schedule talks about healthy nutrition and obesity prevention. These lectures will be oriented towards teaching, increasing and improving the knowledge on the benefits that a balanced and varied diet has for a healthy life.
The talks will highlight the importance of eating at least five portions of fruit a day as a fundamental step towards a healthy lifestyle, since they are high in fibre, vitamins and minerals, as well as in fitonutrients, which protect us against degenerative diseases and contribute to improve life expectancy and life quality.
